What is a Funk Pad?
Funk pads are cool, designer, mini flats with intergrated kitchens, living and sleeping areas along with new separate bathrooms. Designed and developed by Bannits Ltd in Cardiff. Funk Pads are a new concept in city centre living and are avaialbe to rent on normal 6 month tenancies.
Rent starts from £495 a month with a one month deposit.
We have worked hard designing and developing our Funk Pads in Cathedral Road especially for the area and style conscious individuals who don’t want to pay the high price of a one bed flat but still want to live in Pontcanna near the city centre.

Bannits rents flats all over Cardiff. When we decided to unleash this concept on the Cardiff rental market, there was only one place that we thought was perfect - Pontcanna. Just a five minute walk to the city, two minutes to Sophia Gardens cricket ground (can it get any easier to watch the Ashes this year?) and the gym and leisure facilities, as well as being right on the door-step of the shops, coffee bars, deli's, boutiques and hair salons in Pontcanna village.
